Domeniul  Paradis

 DA e de VANZARE.... si este o proprietate pentru pretentiosi, pentru cei ce vor o oaza de liniste, un PARADIS, un COLT DE RAI propriu!  Prezentarea este de prisos si nu reflecta frumusetea si caldura de la fata locului decat procentual( ceva, ceva), caracteristicile sunt mai mult decat ofertante pentru cineva care vrea spatiu, intimitate si culorile vii ale anotimpurilor, fara a fugi catre alte locuri indepartate. Avem si un foisor cu gratar... pardon , o bucatarie exterioara exceptionala intr-un ambient cu leagan si sezlonguri si privelistea oferita de iaz! Pentru prichindei avem laoc de joaca si groapa cu nisip! Casa din copac este spatiu de depozitare si 

  Casuta este amplasata pe un teren cu suprafata de 2932mp iar ea are 528.66mpc si 441.29mpu(asta ca sa fim exacti, fara aproximari), construita in 2008 si remodernizata(nu ca nu ar fi fost moderna) si adusa la aspectul acesta in 2022 cu miiiiici imbunatari!!!  Compartimentare este una utila si usor de gestionat: amera tehnica ce tine la adapost hidroforul!

   Parterul este zona de zi cu un living generos pana si pentru cei mai pretentiosi, are semineu pe gaz si incalzire in pardoseala iar gresia cu structura de piele ofera un sentimnt aparte nelasand impresia de piatra cand intri in contact cu ea, luminos dar si intim este cu sigranta cele mai bun mod de descriere! Bucataria nu e doar locul de gatit ci si cel de luat masa cand nu vrei sa iesi pe terasa(daaa are si o trasa minunata la care ajungem acusi)este moderna, spatioasa, luminoasa si cel mai important este inchisa. Terasa de la intrare este placata cu piatra si imprejmuita cu fier forjat doar pentru siguranta si delimitare, de fapt ea (terasa) face parte si din casa si din curte! Garajele, cele doua .... sunt  suficiente, si mari si cu locuri de depozitare si cu sisteme de inchidere automatizate si cu... mai multe. Avem si camera tehnica cu tot, dar cu tot ce este necesar pentru asa o proprietate! Trecem la punctul de rezistenta(al nu stiu catelea):

Etajul este spectaculos.....are: un hol(teren de tenis) unde nu poti sa spui ca nu ai spatiu si de unde ai acces in cele patru dormitoare din care trei au dressing iar unul este matrimonial cu baie proprie si dressing, un birou cu iesire la terasa de la etaj si o baie separata complet utilata! De aici de la etaj avem acces si in podul casei care este unul inalt!

Tot ce inseamna utilitati si ne referim atat la cele uzuale :apa,gaz,electricitate si canalizare la sistemul centralizat; cat si altele: fosa septica separata, instalatia pentru deservirea piscinii sunt refacute si modernizate integral in 2022.

Securitatea este asigurata de cela 13 camere racordate la sistemul de monitorizare, alarmare si este asigurata de firma de securitate specializata.

      Nu este o proprietate ieftina, pretul este mai mul decat corect pentru cea ce se ofera, 390 000 €
